In order to use your own domain for the e-mail address of an exanote mailbox, the following two prerequisites must be fulfilled:

1. You must be the owner or administrative contact (admin-c) of the domain and therefore the person that is legally authorized to decide all matters concerning that domain.

2. The dns mx entries of your domain must point to the mx servers of exanote.com so that they can receive all e-mail messages addressed to your domain. The mx entries must be made at the nameservers of the domain.

Please, note that you can use your own domain only if these prerequisites are fulfilled. Otherwise, it is not possible to deliver e-mail messages to your exanote mailbox with your own domain!
