 How to order an exanote mailbox:

Exanote mailboxes are left for use for usage periods of six months after the user fees have been paid in advance. The usage contract is automatically renewed for another six months if it is not cancelled one month before it ends.

In order to set up an exanote mailbox, you need a contact e-mail address. After the order transaction, we will send an order confirmation to this contact e-mail address, a copy of our terms and conditions and payment information. After receiving your payment, your mailbox will be set up and you will receive on your contact e-mail address:

1. The access data to your exanote mailbox (username and password).
2. General remarks for Exanote users.
3. Your already paid invoice over the first six months long usage period.

Two weeks before the end of each usage period you will receive payment information for the following usage period to your exanote mailbox. If you wish to renew the usage contract for your mailbox, you pay the user fees for the next six months in advance.

 Step 3 of 5: Select e-mail address for exanote mailbox:

a) You have no own domain (this is the normal case):
As local part, pick your first name and surname separated by a point character and enter the local part to the first entry field below. Then, please select a combination of domain and top level domain from the drop down menu in the second entry field below after the '@' character. Our clients prefer to select 'exanote.com':

b) You want to use your own domain:
Please make sure that you meet these prerequisites. If you do, enter the local part and your domain and top-level domain:

c) You want to register your own domain in order to use it later:
Please enter the name of the domain of your choice (with top-level domain). We will check if it is available and get in touch with you. Please note that registration and usage of an own domain is available at additional charge.
